Terms of Service

1. Who this applies to

These Terms govern your use of the Answrly mobile and web application ("Answrly", "we", "us"), operated by Mosel AS (org. no. 937308809), Inndalsveien 5, 5063 Bergen, Norway. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or receive payouts. We may require age verification at any time. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be suspended and any pending balance forfeited.

3. What Answrly is (and isn't)

Answrly connects you with third-party survey and micro-task providers ("Aggregators", e.g. CPX Research, TheoremReach, BitLabs). When you complete a survey or task, the Aggregator pays Answrly, and Answrly credits a share of that payment to your in-app balance.

Answrly is not a bank, e-money institution, or financial services provider. We do not hold your balance as a deposit or custody it as a regulated financial product. Payouts are processed through Tremendous, a third-party payments provider — Answrly acts only as an intermediary requesting the payout on your behalf.

4. Earnings are not guaranteed

Survey and task availability varies by country, demographic profile, and Aggregator inventory at any given time. We do not guarantee any minimum amount of surveys, tasks, or earnings. Amounts shown in the app are estimates until an Aggregator confirms a completion or screenout.

5. Payouts

• Payouts are requested from your in-app balance and processed via Tremendous.
• Minimum payout thresholds and available methods (PayPal, gift cards, etc.) are shown in the app and may change.
• We reserve the right to delay or decline a payout request pending fraud review.

6. Referrals

You may share a personal referral code. If someone you refer earns money on Answrly, you receive a percentage (shown in-app, currently 10%) of their earnings for as long as their account remains active. Referral abuse (fake accounts, self-referral, incentivized mass-signup schemes) forfeits referral earnings and may result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Creating multiple accounts to farm referral bonuses or bypass screenout limits
• Using bots, emulators, or automation to complete surveys or tasks
• Providing false information to Aggregators or to Answrly

8. Account suspension and forfeiture

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that Aggregators flag for fraud. Balances tied to fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

9. Limitation of liability

Answrly is provided "as is." We are not liable for Aggregator decisions (survey availability, screenout determinations, payment amounts) or for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
